The value of having a practice, is priceless.
Practice develops focus, tenacity, discipline, patience, strength of body, mind, and spirit.
What would it be like to have a set practice which invigorates and centers the body and mind? A practice that can be performed anywhere, without equipment, leaving you feeling strong, energized, fluid and ready for action? It is invaluable!
Developing the skills to perform the classical pilates mat flow is an incredible journey. It is a joyful challenge to perform this work, demanding physical and mental strength, mobility, control, concentration, and precision. And I just love seeing people light up as they build the skills to do this! With practice, it becomes part of one’s life, like a new language one has learned to speak, available at any time, anywhere, and elevating one’s life experience with feelings of power, strength, confidence, poise, concentration and joy.
It is my passion to share this with others; the joy of powerful, graceful movement and living with thriving health, and how these elevate one’s life experience. To share this, in addition to my one on one teaching, I have created a series of videos, in a variety of levels from beginner through advanced. I hope you enjoy.
